First off, the location is very nice, right across from Tivoli and the train station, can't beat that for convenience. Also , the room we got on the 12th floor had this amazing view of the city, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but it was still acceptable given the experience.

The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to discomfort!!! Rooms are ridiculously small with a shocking lack of storage space!!! Don't even think about parking. it’s a hassle having to hunt for a public garage!!!

I really enjoyed the breathtaking views from my room, the delicious breakfast with many options, and the comfortable bed that made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely come back!

The Collection Room had amazing views overlooking Tivoli. The design felt both modern and cozy, really made the space inviting. Staff greeted me warmly, always ready to assist. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room – a nice touch. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent, making it uncomfortable at times. Breakfast options weren't impressive, just a buffet with limited choices. On one morning, they ran out of pastries during peak hours, which was frustrating. Overall, I'd return for the views and service but hope they improve breakfast quality.

Had an amazing view from the 15th floor and enjoyed a nice lounge area in our room with comfy seating. The design elements felt historical yet modern, and waking up to the views of Tivoli was amazing.
